Getting injured is an integral part of horse riding. Occasional bruises can be considered fine; at least they give you a chance to talk about your fancy hobby of horse riding. But, injuries can be fatal at times; so, in order to minimize the severity of injuries we use body protectors
Body protectors are designed to protect the chest and the back portion of rider’s body.

Body protectors consist of foam-filled front and back panel, which is fastened over the shoulder and on the either side of the body to ensure the fitting. An ill-fitted body protector is akin to having no body protector at all. We also need to understand that any new body protector will seem stiff and unfit for your body type at first, but keep on using it as the foam will mould itself according to your body providing you a better fit.

The effectiveness of body protectors depends upon its fit, the quality of foam used and the quality of nylon fastener.
